Academy privacy notice
This notice covers the Academy pages, the waitlist and the learner area. Gumroad processes your payment details as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. Draft of 16 September 2026, not yet in force.

What the Academy processes, and why

The Academy does not use your data for advertising and does not sell it.
Who else handles it
- Gumroad (payment, tax and receipts, as merchant of record under its own privacy policy).
- Netlify (hosting, the waitlist form and the progress records).
- Bunny.net (video delivery).

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object. Write to academy@all-aroundlegal.com. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or the authority in your own country.
